    Hi There!

    We’re looking for a fired-up business coordinator interns to help accelerate our growth and retail partnerships in France, Germany, UK, Spain and Netherlands. This is a 6 month internship opportunity which can evolve into a full-time position for high performers. You’ll be an integral part of the business and be responsible for working with our sales teams as well as pitching and winning new business on your own. You will learn fast and be unafraid to take on new clients and challenges each and every day. We’re looking for people with real hunger and hustle who can supercharge our growing European team.

    About You

    You’ve got a hustler mindset. You’re not afraid to make hundreds of calls per week and have previous successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

    You have some business development experience under your belt. You likely won’t have dealt with everything you’ll encounter at Harmony, but you’re willing and able learn quickly and get stuck in.

    You are proactive and enjoy rising to new challenges. You are comfortable ‘learning on the job and will become a master of generating new leads, targeting, pitching and closing new business and developing great relationships with all your clients.

    You are a social creature. You are an excellent communicator, able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of our organisation or our industry. You can adapt your style to suit different personalities and businesses.

    You are a skilled written communicator. Harmony is an international company and written communication is critical. You’ll use summaries and reports to communicate findings, objectives and plans to the team.

    You love doing things efficiently. The work you do will have a disproportionate impact on the business. We believe in systems and processes that let us scale our impact to be larger than ourselves.

    Things You Might Do

    Harmony is a small and fast-growing company, so you’ll likely get experience on many different projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you’ll probably do:

    • Execute a sales strategy focused both on revenue and happy clients
    • Conduct research to identify new prospects, markets and client needs
    • Engage hundreds of prospects and clients every week
    • Arrange meetings with prospective and existing clients
    • Identify, prepare and attend the key trade shows in your market along with your country team
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Develop yourself into an invaluable member of the team
